This is a lawsuit to recover $675,000.00 from the Defendants which Robert Cord, on behalf of Winterhawk West Indies, and subsequently Steve Roberts, on behalf of FRG Trust, attempted to invest with the Defendants. The investment never occurred and the Receiver has sued to recover the money. The Defendants did not answer the lawsuit. On September 8, 2000, the Court entered a judgment against them in the amount of $675,000.00, plus interest.

On February 13, 2001, the Receiver filed an Application for Turnover regarding an interest in an insurance policy and a certain cause of action. On March 9, 2001, the Magistrate Judge issued Findings and Recommendations and on March 29, 2001, the District Judge issued an Order regarding the requested turnover. As a result of these actions, the Receiver has collected $96,000.00 toward the judgment.
